Role Overview:
We are seeking a forward-thinking Innovation Senior to support the design and rollout of low-cost, scalable internal solutions that improve operations, encourage innovation, integrate AI into everyday workflows and project assistance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems using no-code/low-code tools-especially Microsoft Power Platform-and can transform pain points into simple, effective applications.
You will work closely with business teams to co-create digital solutions, promote continuous improvement, and embed innovation into the company culture through practical enablement and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Innovation Support
• Assist in shaping internal innovation efforts that improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Help define and maintain a portfolio of practical digital initiatives aligned with business needs.
2. Internal Application Development
• Contribute to building internal tools using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Share best practices and reusable components to support citizen
developers.
• Coordinate with IT to ensure apps meet compliance and security standards.
3. Scalable, Cost-Efficient Solutions
• Prepare templates and models that can be reused across teams to reduce development time and cost.
• Maintain shared resources like app libraries and documentation for easy access and collaboration.
4. AI & Automation Enablement
• Explore opportunities to integrate AI tools (e.g., Copilot, chatbots, KPMG Gen AI) into internal workflows.
• Help translate AI insights into usable business solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
5. Culture & Change Support
• Support innovation events such as workshops and hackathons.
• Encourage digital adoption and agile thinking through hands-on enablement and resources.
6. Project assistance
• Collaborate with the internal Developer team to track internal projects and host bi-monthly meetings to inform project progress.
• Arrange meetings with project business owners to collect solution requirements and follow up on action plans assigned to business owners and Developers.
• Support to draft internal Risk Management documents for Technology Solutions.
• Any ad-hoc task assigned for project assistance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Innovation, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in innovation, digital transformation, or business improvement roles in financial service industry.
• Experience building internal business apps using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Familiarity with AI concepts, automation tools, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to contribute to scalable digital solutions and support adoption across teams.
