1. Role Overview
The International Business Manager is responsible for leading Routine's global expansion strategy, driving international revenue growth, and building a strong distribution network across key markets. This role plays a critical part in establishing Routine as a recognized global fashion brand.
2. Key Responsibilities
- International Expansion Strategy
• Develop and execute international market entry strategies
• Conduct in-depth market research including consumer insights, competitive landscape, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
• Define optimal go-to-market models: distributors, franchise
- Partnership & Channel Development
• Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with international distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms.
• Build and manage a scalable global partner network to drive sustainable growth.
• Develop commercial policies, pricing strategies, and margin structures tailored to each market.
- Market Execution & Operations
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams to localize product offerings and campaigns.
• Ensure efficient operations across markets, including logistics, inventory, and sales processes.
• Monitor performance across regions and optimize sales channels.
- Global Brand Building
• Define and maintain Routine's brand positioning in international markets.
• Partner with Marketing to execute branding, PR, and influencer/KOL strategies tailored to local audiences.
• Ensure a consistent yet locally relevant brand experience.
- Financial & Risk Management
• Own revenue targets, budgeting, and cost control for international markets.
• Manage risks related to legal compliance, payments, foreign exchange, and partner performance.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Reporting & Insights
• Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations.
• Leverage data and insights to refine expansion strategies and improve ROI.
• Candidates has range age: 30 - 40 are preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in International
Business Development, Export Sales, Channel Development, or International Key Account Management.
• Proven experience working with distributors, franchise partners, department stores, or international retail networks.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Commercially driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel internationally.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following are highly preferred:
• Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, FMCG, or Retail industries.
• Markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Middle East, or CIS.
• Managing distributor networks, franchise development, or cross-border business expansion.

• Competitive fix salary, range salary: 40 - 50 mil (gross) /month and attractive performance bonus.
