🔹 JOB SUMMARY
Own global operational infrastructure, export execution, and market support strategy. Lead operational GTM: analyzing market data, directing product localization (product-market fit), governing Trade Marketing to drive distributor sell-out, and minimizing time-to-market .
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze market data and trade trends to build operational GTM plans. Partner with Sales Leadership to translate targets into execution plans
Direct Products Dev Exec in working with R&D, Procurement, Factory, QA/QC for product adaptation (product market fit). Optimize NPD lead times to minimize time-to-market
Govern Trade Marketing budgets and POSM. Monitor partner sell-out velocity and inventory turnover to drive re-orders
Standardize end-to-end export order cycles, trade finance, and 100% accurate docs. Enforce cross-functional SLAs
Lead and evaluate KPIs for the Sales Support Exec team. Govern regulatory/customs risks to eliminate demurrage
Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manage.
🔹 REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: 5-8 years in Intl Sales Support, Export Ops, Commercial Ops, or Trade Marketing in FMCG (F&B preferred); 2-3+ years in management
Expertise: Expertise in export ops, Incoterms 2020, trade finance, customs, food compliance; paired with trade analytics, GTM execution, and Trade Marketing sell out mechanics
Core Competencies: Market-driven mindset, data synthesis & analytics, system driven governance, and leadership
Language & Tech: Fluent professional English. Proficient in MS Office (Advanced Excel), ERP (SAP/Oracle), and CRM
