As the central point of contact between Vietnam HQ and international markets, this role coordinates and supports regional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. You will act as the bridge, helping regional teams adapt global materials, sharing their regional insights with the HQ creative team to develop the right assets, and streamlining the approval process for their KOC/KOL campaigns. By managing timelines, creative briefs, and essential paperwork, you ensure that the execution handled by regional teams is completely aligned with brand guidelines and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cross-Border Coordination & Localization.
• HQ & Regional Liaison: Coordinate between Vietnam HQ and international markets (SG, MY, ID, PH, etc.) to ensure on-time, high-quality content delivery.
• Content Localization: Guide regional teams on adaptation such as English-to-local translation and new original content development that integrates cultural insights and local trends.
• Execution follow-up: Manage asset development with the internal Creative team or external partners.
• Fully report to Regional Market managers.
2. Regional Content Development.
• Content Strategy: Build short- and long-term social media blueprints that balance global brand identity with local relevance.
• Asset Adaptation: Localize global marketing and e-commerce materials across platforms (TikTok, IG, FB, Rednote, etc.).
• Localized Asset Creation: Work with regional teams to transform regional insights and ideas into high-performing content assets that respect brand guidelines while capturing winning local contexts.
3. Regional Creator & Community Management.
• KOL/KOC Strategy: Support regional teams in scouting, vetting, and managing relationships with international creators.
• Campaign Execution: Oversee briefs, content timelines, approvals, and quality control for deliverables.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and optimize creator campaign ROI and content performance.
4. Operations & Compliance.
• Workflow Administration: Manage end-to-end documentation, including contracts, talent bookings, payment requests, and internal approvals.
Yêu cầu
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-4 years in social media content, influencer/KOL management, or
digital marketing.
• Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of social media landscapes and content formats.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Vietnamese and English (written and verbal).
• Core Skills: Exceptional project coordination, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive, fast-paced execution mindset.
• Equipment: Must possess a personal laptop for daily operations.
