POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Title : International Mobility Programme Coordinator
Programme/Department : International Office
Reporting to : Manager of International Office
No. of direct reports : 1
Date of Issue/Revision : 23 February 2023
POSITION PURPOSE
The role is to provide supports to International Office Manager (IOM) in developing, managing general operations of the University's mobility programmes and global engagement activities.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage/provide direct consultations to students and parents about all mobility opportunities under remit of the Department;
- Coordiate with relevant Departments (or Partners) in implementing and managing admission process & procedures for all mobility students (both inbound and outbound), including visa application procedures;
- Be responsible for managing mobility students' information & data report for the Department;
- Assist IOM in developing, updating and managing the Department's information resources & mobility programmes' materials;
- Participate in organizing and supporting all mobility projects/ global engagement events as assigned by IOM;
- Conduct market research when being assigned by IOM.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
COMPETENCIES (knowledge, skills, and abilities)
Essential
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Management or Education Management or other related fields;
- Excellent English and Vietnamese verbal and written communication skills and listening skills;
- Experience in administration and event management from a multi-national organization;
- Good in Computer literacy skills : MS office applications (PPT., DOC., EXCEL., OUTLOOK);
- Good (at least be familiar) with Microsoft 365 (and its Applications);
Desirable
- Master degree;
- Preferrable skills : research and business analytical experience;
- Soft-skills : Public speaking/ presentation skills
- Language : Korean speaking (good or fluent all 4 skills)
