Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled International Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in procurement, strong communication skills in English, and a solid understanding of international trade practices. This role requires excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of import/export regulations to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services critical to our operations in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and procure goods and services internationally to meet the company's operational needs.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with international suppliers to achieve the best value.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliability and quality.
• Monitor and manage procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
• Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and align with project timelines.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Address and resolve supply chain issues, including delays, quality concerns, and logistical challenges.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in international procurement, preferably in the oil and gas or industrial sectors.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English (spoken and written);
• Technical Skills:
o Knowledge of international trade practices, INCOTERMS, and customs regulations.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Key Competencies:
o Strong negotiation and communication skills.
o Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
o Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
o High level of integrity and adherence to ethical procurement practices.
• Additional Requirements:
o Experience with shipping logistics and coordinating with freight forwarders.
o Understanding of the oil and gas industry and its specific procurement needs is a significant plus.

Working Conditions:
• Salary: 12 - 14 million VND/month
• Work Schedule:
o Monday to Friday.
o Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (8 hours/day)
