Working time: Monday - Friday (8h/day)
Location: 6th Floor - 196A Nguyen Van Huong Street - An Khanh Ward (formerly Thao Dien Ward) - Ho Chi Minh City
Job Description
Achieve export sales targets and execute the sales process for FMCG products (dried fruits, nuts, etc.) within assigned markets.
Finalize sales orders/contracts with customers, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantity, raw material details, production timeline, delivery schedule, payment terms, and other contractual clauses.
Provide all necessary inputs and coordinate with relevant departments (production, logistics, quality control, etc.) to ensure orders are executed on schedule, meeting agreed specifications and standards.
Conduct negotiations with customers when adjustments are required from related departments.
Collaborate in developing and improving procedures related to order execution.
Gather and share market intelligence to support market research and business development initiatives.
Coordinate with relevant teams to handle customer complaints effectively and maintain strong relationships.
Support the launch of new products and propose new projects to expand sales opportunities.

Yêu cầu

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years' experience in export sales for FMCG (beverages, food, etc.).
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proficient in reporting and data analysis.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related business software.
Proactive, honest, detail-oriented, with strong planning and organizational skills.

Salary: 15.000.000 - 22.000.000 (Base gross)
