• Take care of existing customers and develop new international customers
• Commit to the sales targets for the regions in charge
• Support marketing campaigns and
digital marketing activities to boost up sales revenue
• Follow and implement weekly business plan
• Have capability to build sales forecast / business plan for assigned regions on monthly / quarterly / annually basis
• Have capability to carry out market survey / competitors' activity status
• Prepare commercial contracts and support for other shipping documents handling
• Coordinate with factory and diverse departments to handle orders and shipment
• Deal with customers' complaints about product-related issues/
• Perform other tasks requested by Line Manager or Company's management
• Bachelor's degree or higher, major in Foreign Trade, International Business or International Relations/
• At least 2 year working experience at the same position
• Good command of English, if having other languages is a plus
• Good at communication, sales, customer caring and building pool of customers
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Out-going and open-minded with positive can-do attitude, willing to support colleagues when needed
