1. Customer Development
- Advise and leverage existing customer data, negotiate and close deals, and finalize contracts.
- Expand and proactively approach new potential customers.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve the company's business targets in each phase.
2. Order Management & Follow-up
- Prepare sample orders based on customer requirements; monitor and ensure sample quality before submission.
- Communicate product specifications and quality requirements to the production team; closely track and follow up on order progress.
- Manage customer orders and contracts from initiation to shipment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to product quality, specifications, and delivery risks.
- Propose new ideas and initiatives to improve business performance.
- Coordinate with the documentation team to prepare export documents for customers.
- Support and coordinate the reception of international business partners visiting the company.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in International Business, Economics, or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in export sales (preferably in OEM/ODM beverage industry)
- Good understanding of international trade and export procedures
- Strong business English communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Mon-Fri), Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Location: 81 Dong An, Tan Dong Hiep, Di An, Binh Duong
