• At least 5-10 years of experience as a
Business Development Director or
Sales Director in manufacturing and trading companies with at least 500 employees and annual revenue of over 500 billion VND.
• In-depth knowledge of business strategy development.
• Strong understanding of management tools and market analysis methods.
• Proven experience in sales target achievement and leading a sales team to meet goals.
• Ability to oversee international and domestic sales departments and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Proficient in English communication; fluency in an additional foreign language is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience with business software such as SAP and CRM.
• Presentable appearance with a professional, polite, and confident demeanor.
