Mô tả công việc
1. Daily Operations
Support the sales team in managing contracts and communication with the factory when needed.
Assist the Sales Manager in updating weekly reports and preparing customer contracts.
2. Reporting System
Compare data from the Sales and Accounting departments on a monthly basis.
Update the payment term list of new customers and revise payment terms for existing customers to the Accounting team.
Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of data for monthly sales reports.
3. Other Duties
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Yêu cầu
Education & Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field. Previous experience in FMCG and/or beauty product sales support is highly preferred.
Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Personal Attributes: Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
