You will conduct literature reviews, design and run experiments, implement and evaluate models, and help translate research into working prototypes that directly feed the product roadmap.Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth academic and applied research on state-of-the-art AI techniques for optimization, forecasting, and intelligent decision systems.
- Design, implement, train, and rigorously evaluate ML/DL models using real-world and synthetic datasets.
- Support development of key modules such as forecasting engines, scheduling optimizers, recommendation systems, and anomaly detection.
- Conduct controlled experiments, analyze results with proper statistical methods, document findings clearly, and present insights to the team.
- Collaborate on data pipeline enhancements, feature engineering, and integration with Google Cloud AI services.
- Contribute to technical reports, research summaries, and prototype demonstrations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong Research Skills (priority): Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough academic-style research - including literature review, problem formulation, experimental design, rigorous evaluation, and clear technical documentation. Experience with research papers, thesis projects, or independent research is highly valued.
- English Proficiency: Fluent in reading, writing, and communicating technical content in English.
- Proficient in Python (mandatory).
- Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent).
- Understanding of time-series analysis, optimization techniques, or NLP/LLM approaches is a strong advantage.
- Ability to quickly learn domain-specific concepts and translate them into technical solutions
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., CS, AI, Data Science, Engineering).
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
