One of our clients, which is an Building Interior, is now looking for Interpreter cum Admin Staff.
This company plans to establish a new corporation in Vietnam in March 2025.
And they will start work in Vietnam in earnest in April.
Therefore, first of all, they plan to hire an Interpreter cum Admin Staff.
1. General Affairs Management:
- Environmental management of the entire office
- Management of equipment used in office and construction site
- Other duties as assigned by management
2. Interpreter support:
- Interpretation support for Japanese manager and affiliated companies in Vietnam
- Support work for Vietnamese staff and Japanese manager
- Employment support for foreign employees
* Visa and work permit procedures and management, etc
- Handling of visitors
3. HR Management:
- Various contracts (Prepare and manage contracts)
- Company rules (Creation and management of work rules and regulations)
- Handling of labor issues
- Support when hiring new employees
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degrees
- Japanese: N2 Advanced level
- At least 3 years of working experience in Interpreter or Business Admin field
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
