Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Inventory Manager (Food, $2000, ID19892):
Lead and manage the Operations team to ensure seamless daily deliveries and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor and achieve operational KPIs related to timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency.
Optimize productivity of fulfillment, quality control, and delivery teams to meet cost targets.
Design and implement KPIs, bonus schemes, and improvement initiatives across all operational stages.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve issues and execute company-wide projects.
Manage inventory, prevent losses, and ensure effective warehouse operations.
Work with the Technology team to design and implement long-term operational systems and warehouse solutions using lean processes and modern technology.
Supervise layouts, facilities, and equipment in the warehouse to maximize efficiency.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to strengthen team performance and communication.
Ensure data readiness, system security, and smooth operation of the fulfillment center.
Participate in other projects as assigned by line management.
Requirement
Gender: Male/Female
Age: Within working age
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Operations Management, Logistics/Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Economics. Other majors accepted if relevant experience is proven.
Experience: Minimum 3 years as Fulfillment Manager or in warehouse/logistics operations management, preferably in food supply/production companies. Candidates with FDI company experience are highly valued.
Language: Good communication skills in English (mandatory).
