Mô tả công việc
Demand Planning & Forecasting
Support and maintain seasonal and rolling sales forecasts in collaboration with Sales and GTM managers.
Analyze historical sales data, sell-through trends, and market signals to build accurate demand models.
Participate in regular S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings to align cross-functional teams on forecast and inventory targets.
Purchase Order Management
Prepare and place purchase orders based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and lead times.
Manage order confirmations, production timelines, and shipment timelines.
Monitor open POs, flag delays proactively, and coordinate resolution with suppliers and logistics partners.
Maintain accurate PO records and system data across ERP and planning tools.
Inventory Management
Monitor inventory levels is available at all times to support DTC, wholesale, and retail channel commitments and flag risks of stockouts or overstock situations.
Maintain safety stock and replenishment parameters by SKU and channel.
Support inventory reviews and reporting.
Logistics & Fulfillment Coordination
Coordinate inbound shipments with logistics partners.
Track shipment status and delivery performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
Prepare reports on inventory, forecast accuracy, and supply metrics.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on demand updates
Yêu cầu
3-6+ years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain management, or demand planning roles.
Proven experience placing and managing purchase orders with overseas factories and/or vendors.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and manage demand forecasts using sales data and market inputs.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and inventory management tools.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, PO tracking, and inventory modeling.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple SKUs, vendors, and timelines simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across sales, operations, and logistics teams.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving supply chain risks.
Preferred Experience
Background in consumer products, outdoor, sporting goods, or premium lifestyle brands.
Experience managing inventory across DTC, wholesale, and retail channels.
Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce fulfillment workflows.
Experience working with international suppliers and managing import logistics.
Exposure to S&OP processes and cross-functional forecasting cadences
