Job Description
Perform investment opportunities sourcing based on investment guidelines.
Perform investment evaluation through corporate and sector research and due diligence.
Write a valuation report (short). Participate in writing report analysis by topic (Spotlight). Implement the workshops for Brokers and Private Client Division (PCD) on Spotlight topic.
Design and implement training products for Brokers and internet customers.
Establish the micro economics database to serve bond transactions and maintain the database to serve the stock investment activities.
Finding investment opportunities, evaluating investment by basic analyst, financial modelling and writing investment recommendations.
Analyze the market statistical data with the aim of performing stock, bond, propose a reasonable margin loan for each stock and write a report seeking for approval in accordance with LOA and the financial derivative products transaction (stock index future contract, bond future contract,...).
Manage, analyze stock list risk for margin lending.
Evaluate the banks risks of interbank market transaction activities.
Perform financial analysis and modelling.
Prepare investment proposals to PCD committee and internal reports.
Work closely with PCD Portfolio Managers for continuous update to support the pre-and-post investment decision making process.
Conduct other research/tasks required by PCD Research & Advisory Director.

Key Capabilities
Experience in Investment Management Fund, Analyst and Investment Securities Knowledge of business, financial, valuation, technical analysis.
Friendly, teamwork spirit, flexibility to work long hours and to meet deadlines Excellent communications skills - written and verbal in English and Vietnamese.
Possess advanced knowledge in Microsoft applications, Internet and network tools. Relationship good for finance.
Qualification
At least 3-5 years of experience in Investment Analysis, Investment Banking, Institutional Research & Sales, Commercial Banking, or Auditing would be strong advantages
Possess strong analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable of project appraisals, business projects
Experiences
Understanding of Finance, Securities.
CFA; ACCA; CPA, CAIA; FRM; SSC licenses... is desirable
