Investment Banking Associate

Requirements:
• Education: Graduated from a top-tier university or international institution, majoring in Finance, Economics, Business or Accounting.
• Certifications: CFA, ACCA, or CPA certification is a plus.
• Experience: At least 03 years of experience in investment banking and deal advisory, especially debt capital raising is a plus. Related fields such as corporate banking or other related experience accepted with a strong track record in financial/credit analysis.
• Knowledge: Candidates with understanding of capital raising transactions, procedures and legal framework with a focus on Debt Capital Market is a plus.
• Skills:
o Strong organizational and deal management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
o Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
