Meet business KPIs related to Corporate Finance Advisory activities.
Build and maintain a diversified, sustainable corporate client portfolio.
Research, develop, and propose suitable financial products for corporate clients (Bonds, Stocks, and others).
Participate in Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance advisory projects, including client meetings, information gathering, and designing tailored advisory solutions.
Conduct corporate financial analysis and company valuation.
Coordinate with back-office teams to support clients and finalize advisory contracts.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Advisory.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University graduate or higher in Economics, Finance - Banking, or other related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the investment banking sector, preferably within securities companies.
Strong analytical and creative thinking skills; solid knowledge of corporate finance and valuation.
Proven sales ability with a track record of achieving business targets.
Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure, and demonstrate resilience.
Applicants with relevant certifications (such as CFA, Analyst) will be given priority.
Candidates with practical skills in using AI tools and data-driven approaches are an advantage.
