Mô tả công việc
1. Planning
Planning the personal work schedule: weekly/ monthly/ yearly as assignment of duties and KPIs;
Report KPIs performance to line manager.
2. Perform the particular tasks
Collect related information, analyse market movement, competition and position corporate bond investment in the market and the potential of the market. Based on that, propose related business strategy and solutions for sections;
Directly propose to invest in Corporate bonds in primary market as asigned;
Propose to develop policies, products, operation procedures, forms for primary investment of corporate bond in primary market and other similar products in compliance with the laws from time to time;
Report periodically actual investment result by monthly/ quarterly/ yearly or report as on request from SBV, Board of executives, Directors, Head of Department/ Section;
Instructions, deployment on the SBV's regulations and laws on corporate bond for applications in IVB; advisory service to Corporate as assigned;
Manage the portfolio of equity investment;
Corporate financial advisory, other corporate consultations service in compliance with the laws.
Yêu cầu
- Male/Female graduated with bachelor's degree in major of banking, finance, economics or equivalent
- Problem solving and decision making skills;
- Communication and presentation skills;
- Teamwork skill and time management skill;
- Experience: At least 03 years of working experiences in corporate bond investment, lending or related fields.
- Language: English TOEIC 600 or equivalent, fluent English is priority.
