Responsibilities
The Investment Staff will support the Investment Department in:
• Project management activities, including monitoring project progress, cash flows, budgets, and internal funding arrangements.
• Preparing monthly/quarterly project updates, internal investment reports, investment memorandums (IM), project summaries, and other materials for management review and other stakeholders.
• Preparing and coordinating investor visits and meetings.
• Conducting project feasibility studies, structuring investments and working with legal professionals to prepare contracts
• Conduct market research on real estate, investment trends, and related sectors.
• Support the preparation of research reports and other assigned tasks by the line manager.
• Working within a dynamic team environment.
Yêu cầu
Requirements
While no prior experience is required, a successful Investor Relations Analyst will have qualifications and qualities such as:
• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or other similar majors
• Effective communication skills and working proficiency in English
• Excellent research and writing abilities
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
• A team player with good attitude and time management skills
• -1 year of working experience (preferred)
