1. Learn and become proficient in using the company's trading system and related tools.
2. Understand and execute the company's basic trading strategies.
3. Assist in intraday trading operations (short-term/swing trading).
4. Participate in the execution support of spread trading strategies such as calendar spreads.
5. Complete trading records, data organization, and review work as required.
6. Salary and Benefits:
· Salary structure: Base salary + allowances + performance commission
· Base salary: VND 6000,000/month
· Allowances (night shift + transportation): VND 2,000,000/month
· Performance commission: Based on trading performance, no upper limit
· Total monthly salary: VND 8,000,000 - 21,000,000+ (higher for outstanding performers)
Yêu cầu
1. High school diploma or above (Finance, Mathematics majors preferred).
2. Proficient in using computers and common office software.
3. Sensitive to numbers, quick reaction time, and strong logical thinking skills.
4. Detail-oriented, diligent, strong execution ability, and a sense of responsibility.
5. Basic English communication skills.
6. Experience in stocks/options is preferred.
7. Strong teamwork skills.
8. Good character and no unhealthy habits.
