Position Summary:
The incumbent will take charge of Incoming Quality Control responsibilities as assigned by direct manager and work closely with SQA as well as all cross-functional teams to drive for supplier quality control, problem solving and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead IQC Technicians to manage Incoming Quality Control processes to ensure all materials meet internal and external quality standards.
Train IQC technicians to follow up correct measurement methods. Ensure they are well trained with needed skills to perform required functions.
Work closely with SQA to set up proper processes for IQC including but not limited to supplier control plan, AQL sampling plan, non-conforming material disposition, supplier scorecard (DPPM, Line Return Rate, Scorecard), etc.
Work closely with SQA on material issues (incoming inspection, mass production and customer complaint) to ensure suppliers provide intermediate actions, quick investigation and effective corrective actions following up 8D SCAR to prevent problem recurrence. Support SQA to perform audits on existing suppliers and to qualify new suppliers.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet material delivery schedules and production goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality.
Work closely with SQA to drive continuous improvement on supplier's quality management system, process capability, measurement system and product reliability by providing training, coaching, continuous improvement project and program etc.
Maintain and continuously improve TTI quality management systems.

Qualifications Required:
College or above degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering field.
Minimum 4 years in Quality field with working experience in plastic, metal and electronic products as well as supplier quality control. Experience of Source Inspection (inspection at supplier's site) deployment and control will be an advantage.
Understand Geometric Dimension & Tolerance (GD&T) on drawings with working experience in part measurement in manufacturing environment. Familiar with Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and understand how to do GRR/Correlation, calibration and preventive maintenance on inspection/measurement tools and equipment.
Understand HSF (Hazardous-Substance-Free) requirements such as RoHS, REACH etc.
Familiar with ISO 9001, Quality methods and tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, DOE, 8D, 7 QC Tools, AQL Sampling etc. Six Sigma Green Belt certification will be an advantage.
Able to work independently and pro-actively.
Strong skills in problem analysis and solving.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with positive approach.
Intermediate English reading, writing and speaking skills.
PC skills required (MS Office, Outlook, etc.). Experience with ERP system (e.g. SAP, Oracle) will be an advantage.
