PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Incoming Quality Control Engineer is responsible for ensuring that purchased materials and components meet applicable drawings, specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements before release to production. The role establishes risk-based incoming inspection controls, manages nonconforming incoming material, analyses quality performance, and coordinates corrective and preventive actions with suppliers and internal functions to protect production continuity and improve
incoming quality performance.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Incoming Quality Control and Inspection Management
2. Material Requirements and Measurement Control
3. Nonconforming Material and Problem Resolution
4. Supplier Coordination and Incoming Quality Improvement
5. New Product, Product Transfer and Change Support
6. Data, Training, Quality System, Audit and Compliance
* Working location: Thang Long IZ, Dong Anh, Ha Noi (shuttle bus from Hanoi center/ Vinh Phuc)
** Working time: 8:00-17:00 (Mon to Fri)

Yêu cầu
• At least 3 years of experience of incoming quality control
• Ability to read and apply engineering drawings, technical specifications and dimensional requirements.
• Ability to select and use relevant inspection, measurement and testing equipment.
• Knowledge of problem-solving and corrective-action methods such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone and CAPA.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic English
• Ability to read and apply engineering drawings, technical specifications and dimensional requirements.
• Ability to select and use relevant inspection, measurement and testing equipment.
