The ISO Specialist is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving the company's ISO and Customer management systems. This role ensures compliance with ISO/legal regulations, customer-specific requirements, and internal standards. The specialist also prepares for and coordinates customer system audits (e.g., FSC, RBA), generates periodic reports, and supports cross-functional teams in driving continual improvement. The position requires a proactive mindset, strong knowledge of Quality Management System, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments in a manufacturing environment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. ISO Management System:
- Maintain and update QMS/EMS/OHS documentation (procedures, manuals, records)
- Coordinate and follow up on internal audits, certification audits, and customer audits
- Lead the NCR/CAPA process and continuous improvement activities
- Monitor document control and revision history across systems
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and other applicable standards
2. Customer System Updates:
- Take charge of updating/registering according to customer system requirements
- Prepare for customer assessments and submit required documentation or evidence
- Coordinate cross-functional actions to ensure audit readiness and post-audit corrective actions
3. Reporting:
- Track and report KPIs related to ISO compliance, Kaizen program and audit results
- Support the
QA Manager and related departments in management review meetings
