Assist end-user with creating incident tickets and translation as when needed:
Cooperate with Service Desk or Local OSS to solved complexity issue with expert support.
Support create and translate guideline, training to end users about these guidelines
when end user query.
Operation and maintenance video conference device and booking system.
Assist ITM with interpretation in meetings, taking notes and complete tasks given before and after the meetings.
Infrastructure level 1:
Support with troubleshooting of infrastructure related issues, the person is not supposed to lead the troubleshooting but knowledge about network, system and overall system security is required to help follow through the tickets and may assist central teams and MISM when needed.
Support manage asset include physical health check, update, tidy, disposal with
accurate information, mostly infra-related ones.
Support tidy configuration network device and network diagram, rack layout, patch panel with accurate information.
Be ready to work at weekend to support changes or incidents though infrequent and
maybe required from time to time.
Assist MISM with IT related work.
Yêu cầu
At least 2 years' experience with similar position.
Good English communication skills.
CCNA, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, ITILv4 or equivalent level.
Good at teamwork.
Onsite Phu Nhuan Dist., HCMC. Be ready to travel to Ha Noi, Bien Hoa - The transportation, hotel fee & business fee will be paid.
