Support all of users relating to IT field - Network, Server, Email, Software, Telephone System, Camera System...
1. IT HELPDESK
Hardware/Network:
- Maintain computers, LAN
- Maintain printer
- Maintain timekeeping
- Telephone System
- Camera system
Software supporting
- Support HR software, Accounting software.
- Supporting MS office, Email, TS24, TAX, Custom software, Install printer...
- Installing software (windows, office tool,..), fix error.
- Setup email account for user in MS office 2016 Pro
- Join domain
2. NETWORK
- Setup new Wifi
- Installing new LAN.
- Telephone VoiIP, Camera IP,
3. SERVER
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2012, 2016
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Understanding about LYNC SERVER
- Installing windows Server and VPN
4. MAIL SERVER
- Knowledge of Mail Exchange 2010
- Create user mail account in AD- Active Directory
- Create user Skype in Lync
- Setup new email account in MS outlook 2016
5. TRAINING AND MAKE MANUAL (Advantage)
Candidate can make user manual and training (Advantage)
6. ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning (Advantage)
Knowledge of one of ERP (SAP B1, MS Dynamic AX, SAP ECC, ORACLE)
Yêu cầu
- Candidate can speak English fluently.
- University degree in information technology
- CCNA, MCSA
- Have good personality, honest, straightforward
- Analytical and logical thinking, timing & result orientation
- Have above 3 experience years in the same position.
