IT Business Analyst Agile

Responsibilities

• Works with internal and external stakeholders to understand, recommend and obtain high-level requirements and capture business needs
• Communicate with the IT teams
• Clearly articulate and document business requirements through to IT Functional Specifications.
• Analyse the risks of various solutions and prioritise competing business demands
• Be a key stakeholder in the project delivery by participating and coordinating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions
• Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issue

• Be actively explore latest technical best practice, trends and technology for digital marketing communication on web, mobile and beyond (e.g. touch/gesture technology, AR, 360 VR, eCommerce, IoT, Big Data, mobile/social commerce etc.)

To be successful in this role, you need

• Develop in-depth Business process knowledge and technical skills relating to technology within the Business
• Work in Agile Environment alongside with project managers, Development Engineers, QC engineers and Product Owners for different projects requirements analysis and design
• Participate in project scoping and prepare scope documents (including but not limited to scope of work, sitemaps and wireframes).
• Prepare business documents - Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
• Provide regular progress updates to the Project Managers and Product Owners
• Create user stories with acceptance criteria
• Attend (and in some cases lead) client workshops/training and other discovery sessions to develop business requirements and communicate those requirements to the development engineers and ensure that solutions meet those requirements.
• Work with QC engineers in their development of test plan and cases to clarify the requirements, and to review the test results

• University Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Min. 5 years relevant Business Analyst experience
• Solid experience in Agile and Jira
• Experience in UX/UI design (business processes/solution design)
• UML, wireframing tool and prototyping tool experience are preferred
• Practical experience in functional/non-functional requirements gathering
• Strong logical and analytical reasoning capabilities
• Experience in writing user stories and test cases
• Familiar with system development life cycle, Agile methodology, Feature-driven development
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient written and spoken in English (TOEIC 700+)
• Multi-tasking skills and positive working attitude
