It Business System Analyst

We are seeking an IT Business System Analyst with strong expertise in ERP systems, advanced analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder & project management skills. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless system integration and process optimization. Fluency in English and Basic programming knowledge are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
System Analysis: Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, receive improvment needs from stakeholders, analyze and turn them into technical language, leveraging ERP systems.
Manpower Allocation: Once business requirements are analyzed, assign the appropriate technical functions to each improvement need. Work closely with the relevant technical teams to ensure they fully understand the requirements, and consistently monitor progress to ensure tasks are completed within the established timeline.
Project Management: Plan, manage timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure ERP projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement ERP system improvements to meet evolving business requirements.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related majors.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Business System Analysis or similar role, with hands-on ERP implementation/support.
Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or .NET).
Deep understanding of ERP system and its flow.

Strong English communication.
Preferred to have:
ERP certification (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Experience in industrial manufacturing.
