WORK DIRECTLY WITH JAPANESE CLIENTS IN REAL IT PROJECTS
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Communicator who enjoys connecting people, understanding context, and helping projects move smoothly between Japanese clients and Vietnamese
developers.
This role is more than "translation".
You will become:
a bridge between business & technical teams,
a project communication supporter,
and a key member in real IT projects with Japanese clients.
If you like:
working with Japanese people,
learning how software projects actually run,
and using communication skills to solve problems,

What you will do
Interpret Japanese ⇄ Vietnamese in meetings with Japanese clients and development teams
Translate project documents (requirements, specs, chats, emails, etc.)
Support smooth communication between clients, PMs, and developers
Help clarify requirements and avoid misunderstanding in projects
Coordinate with team members to keep projects moving effectively
Use AI tools to improve translation and working efficiency
