Mô tả công việc

Key Responsibilities
● Support answering customer feedback
● Translates project description documents and all kinds of work-related documents from Japanese into Vietnamese
● Interpreting in meetings, or via email, chat
● Translating/interpreting between the project development team in Vietnam and Japanese customers
● Willing to develop as Pre-BrSE

Yêu cầu

Key Skills and Qualifications
● Japanese level N2 up
● From 2+ years of experience in IT Comtor or BA
● Good at communication with Japanese
● Good skills in Microsoft Office
● Can do multiple tasks, and work under pressure
● Teamwork and supportive spirit
Nice to have:
● Basic design or Details Design experience
● Knowledge about the Scrum framework
● Interpersonal skills (communication skill; emotional intelligence; negotiation, influencing skills; problem-solving and decision-making skill)
● Good English
