Our headquarters are in Germany, we are working with full-time developers in Vietnam for many years. So far our developers were working on multiple projects. We are now splitting one project in the Market Research industry from our company and are building a separate IT team for this project in Vietnam.
Therefore we are looking for an experienced IT Leader to build and manage a new team. You should be someone with an entrepreneur-like mindset eager to build and create. In return we offer a rare opportunity
Location:
This will be a brand new office. We consider the following locations: Ho Chi Minh, Hà Nội
You will have an influence on the decision of the office
Tasks:
- Build, guide and train a team of 3-4+ developers from the scratch
- Define good coding standards established good practices in your team
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within your team
- Choose important infrastructure, tools and procedures
- Design key parts of software like base structure of code or databases
- Assign tasks and overview the overall development operation
- Review developers code

Yêu cầu
Experience/Skills needed:
- Good English, written and spoken
- Entrepreneurial Mindset, Identifying problems and their solutions independently
- Strong logical understanding and analytical skills to plan efficient IT infrastructure
- Minimum 2-3 years experience managing IT Teams
- Minimum 4-5 years experience with PHP and ideally Laravel, and SQL
- Minimum 4-5 years experience with HTML/CSS and Javascript
- Minimum 2-3 years experience with VueJS, React or Angular
- Good knowledge server infrastructure, deployment tools and Git
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of other languages and technologies
