IT Engineer IT Helpdesk/ IT Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support users in queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware and networking.
• Set up the necessary computers & IT devices and ensure they always function well as expected.
• Resolve issues including troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues
• Perform regular backup and system maintenance tasks
• Perform regular system recovery drills to ensure our backups are working well
• Periodically submit the report to the Team lead following the standard template
• Manage user profiles of all systems, including creation, authorization, changes and related procedures to delete old user profiles.
• Manage and train staff to install computer systems, software, peripherals and communication equipment.
• Support Team Leader in tasks realted to IT department and it's mangement
• Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
• Responsible for PC's, Printers, Servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).
• Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
• Assist with onboarding of new users.
• Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
• Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.
• Report to your direct manager and related project managers as required

Working time: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday (work at the office)

• Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in role of DevOps, IT Operation, System Engineer, Application Engineer, or similar roles as required by this job.
• Have a good background of IT Operation (Window Server, Linux) and hands-on experience of Cloud platform as Azure and AWS must be demonstrated
• Gain considerable experience in Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment practices, service-oriented architectures (SOA), and micro services.
• Familiar with DevOps tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, SonarQube, Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus, Docker, Kubernetes etc.
• Hands-on experience of collecting data/information, perform analysis, make statistic, create reports, and propose ideas to improve the system.
• Good at English skills, specially writing and listening skill
• Detailed oriented and passionate about delivering high quality software products
