Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Work as one team with IT Headquater to complete IT infrastructure assistant work
- Make sure to keep all IT system in the company in line with the corporate policy.
- To take initiatives to resolve all issues with regards to IT in ETG Vietnam.
- To help all department managers to control IT cost.
- To provide the management and relevant department managers with updated information and advice on IT field.
- Source, assess, select and review computer system and IT service supplier on a regular base.
IT System assistant work:
- Daily IT system maintenance includes HP Unix system, Oracle system, network system, AD & failover cluster environments, Server and PC plant, , storage system, PBX system, camera system, security system and etc.
- Work with Information office to define IT strategy for ETG Suzhou and implement to achieve the set goals.
- Work with IT Headquater to establish annual upgrade planning & Budget for IT department and Provide estimated project costs for upgrades and maintenance to management team when necessary 。
- Work with IT Headquater to establish IT policy & procedure file.
- Implement global programs for standardization and globalization of priorities.
- Establish stable cooperation relationship with local IT service suppliers.
- Assistant IT Headquater to resolve problems concerning IT infrastructure system
- Collect needs from PC users by keeping close touch with them.
- Initiate IT functional training, and cooperate with training officer in conducting training course.
- Verify
purchasing requisition of IT relevant facility, provide professional advice and deliver the required items within lead-time (in cooperation with purchasing department).
- To assist IT Headquater to provide IT related suggestion and solution to management and relevant department managers when necessary.
- System network instruction and procedure management.

Education:
College or Bachelor level education
Technical Profile:
Strong IT background ( Network, ERP system )
Preference:
Passed MCSE, CCNA, MCP Certification is preferred
Critical Competences:
- Strong analytical skills
- Organized and structured way of working
- Good team work spirit
Communication Profile:
- Good verbal and written communication skill
Managerial Profile:
- N/A for this role
Computer Literate:
- ERP-System experience is preferred
- Oracle system experience is preferred
- Experience with Cisco switch, Checkpoint Firewall, Cisco WIFI Access Point and Dell server hardware.
- Good knowledge of WAN (SDWAN, VPN,...).
- HP-Unix system experience is preferred
- Minimum 5 year Microsoft domain structure management experience
- Minimum 5 year Cisco network system management experience
