Mô tả công việc
- Manage and maintain network, server, WiFi, VPN, and IT infrastructure systems.
- Provide
IT helpdesk support for hardware, software, and user issues.
- Support ERP/MES systems, Power Apps, and production-related IT systems.
- Monitor IT security, firewall, antivirus, and user access control.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance and system implementation.
- Support IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, and system improvements.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in System, Network, or Software Administration within a manufacturing environment.
- Fluently in English
- Knowledge on programming is an advantage
- AI exposure is also an added benefit.
- Self-motivated, ability to face challenges, interest in learning about new technologies and keeping up with new trends
