IT Officer- Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd fIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi
- Working time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Report to: Manager/Team Leader
Job Description:
1) Support IT system deployment and operations:
Assist in implementing, upgrading, operating, and monitoring IT infrastructure, networks, cloud, including basic administration of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and EntraID under guidance. (20%)
2) Execute internal operational processes:
Carry out internal operational rules, while supporting the preparation of necessary documentation to ensure smooth and organized workflows. (30%)
3) Assist in business coordination and requirements gathering:
Coordinate with business departments to collect information and support in clarifying end-user requirements. (20%)
4) Support information security:
Participate in implementing measures to control and improve internal information security as directed. (15%)
5) Assist in vendor coordination:
Support communication with vendors and assist in preparing related documents. (10%)
6) Other tasks as assigned (5%)
Yêu cầu
I. Eligibility:
A. Criteria - Must have:
- College or Bachelor degree in IT or relevant fields.
- No working experience is required.
- Able to use English at work.
- Good MS skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Be honest and careful.
- Good communication skill.
- Be hard-working and adaptable to the needs of the working environment.
B. Criteria - Nice to have:
- Have good planning and organizing skill.
- Have leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to cope with stress.
- Good communication skills.
II. Working hours:
- 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (from Monday to Friday);
- 2 days-off per week (Saturday & Sunday);
*Overtime will depend on the peak season, however there are defined overtime restrictions, and it is paid in accordance with regulations. You can value your personal life!
III. Salary & Insurance:
