Mô tả công việc
❖ ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES:
− Manage the Company's IoT system (Web; software; etc.) and factory data center
− Operate the company's internal network system to ensure the system operates stably
− Maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems, equipment and provide end-user support
− Monitor the operation and use of IT equipment and information security issues of the entire company.
− Support basic design (images/videos) for marketing if required
− Ensure information security (access control, data protection, backup & recovery.
− Monitor and respond to security incidents; maintain IT security systems.
− Support ISMS compliance and audits (ISO/IEC 27001)
❖ AUTHORITY:
− Manage the Company's IoT system and factory's data center.
− Monitor, supervise and review the digitizing of QMS system.
− Propose the improvement of IT system (if any).
− Enforce security policies and restrict access when risks are identified
Yêu cầu
- Engineering or college degree in IT field.
- Knowledge of programming (SQL; C#; Flutter) and network systems.
- Understanding of system administration and information security, cybersecurity.
- Experience with database management and backup/restore.
- Help desk support skills: troubleshoot IT issues, support users, and maintain systems
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in IT field.
- Able to work independently, result-driven; Agility, honestly.
