IT support requests directly from employees

Education:
Intermediate's degree or higher in information technology, computer science or related disciplines.
Professional experience:
Have at least 1 year of experience with this position.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Maintain inventory of all company owned IT equipment, assets, and licenses. Renew, refresh, or recycle per schedule or as necessary.
Provision and disable user accounts, reset, and update passwords, modify group memberships, and manage Office 365 & windows server.
Skills:
Good teamwork spirit and a willingness to understand the various roles played by fellow team members.
Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze / study new technical, new frameworks.
