Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
Support IT staff in daily operations and troubleshooting tasks.
Monitor and manage IT devices inventory.
Cooperate with IT staff to manage and monitor all
IT helpdesk tickets.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
Maintain documentation of IT procedures and processes.
Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
And other related tasks which are assigned by supervisor levels.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related fields
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, infrastructure and IT terminology.
Demonstrated interest in the IT Department.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing IT related documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
Communication, organization and interpersonal skills are suitable for collaborative work.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
