Follow and assist IT service process.
Initiate ideas and improvements for current practice of IT service:
• IT service process improvement.
• Support AI / automation initiatives.
Upon the completion of this internship, the intern is required to present their accomplishments and project summary to the leadership team.
Yêu cầu
• Fresh graduates or last year students, specializing in IT related fields such as Computer Engineer.
• Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelors, Master's or PhD program who is fulfilling a graduation requirement for their degree.
• First Solar encourages all interns to register with their University.
• Basic English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Broad range of network and desktop knowledge is highly desirable, including:
+ Windows 10/11/ Server 2022.
+ Basic IT troubleshooting (hardware & software).
+ Network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Basic programming knowledge (C#, Python, Java...) is prefered.
• AI interest / Automation mindset is prefered.
