Your daily task:
- Responsible for the project before stakeholders. Coordinate with stakeholders, report on project status, propose options to make the project run smoothly, ensuring project quality.
- Manage the project's scope and timeline.
- Coordinate project events (retrospective meetings, weekly meetings, daily stand-ups).
- Manage project team, evaluate/review project team capacity. Manage project workload of the members.
- Risk management. Identify/reduce/prevent risks to ensure projects run on schedule.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
- Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it. Translate technical and business
documents from Korean into English or Vietnamese and vice versa.
- Simultaneous oral translation for Client - Dev Team meetings.
- Support Korean Leaders with communication, team building, and bonding activities.
Yêu cầu
Your qualifications:
- English: Business English
- Excellent Korean in both written, and oral communication
- Excellent skills and knowledge of leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continual improvement
- Highly motivated, directed, and a team player
Nice to have:
- Korean: TOPIK 6
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Experience working with Korean Clients.
- Knowledge of various project management approaches: Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban,..).
