An IT Lead plays a critical role in overseeing and managing an organization's information technology infrastructure and services.
Description
Overall IT Management: Responsible for all Digital & IT software, hardware, support, and services within the Business Unit, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
System Implementation and Maintenance: Implements, maintains, and creates standards for Digital & IT systems, ensuring they remain flexible and maintainable.
Training and Communication: Provides training materials, education, and information to users; communicates with Business Unit Leaders and global IT teams.
Project and Stakeholder Management: Manages planning, development, and implementation of IT capabilities, including stakeholder engagement, and leads cross-functional project teams.
IT and Cybersecurity Compliance: Oversees business systems implementation, software/hardware licensing, IT & cyber security, SOX compliance, and help desk operations.
Team Leadership and Development: Manages and develops a team of IT professionals, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Profile
Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.
At least 10 years' experience with 3-5 years as
IT Manager/ Lead, with experience in Manufacturing.
Demonstrated ability in project and stakeholder's management.
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
