Technical support and system operations
Ensure IT systems in both office and more than 30 retail stores are running smoothly.
Provide technical support for POS systems, computers, printers, peripherals, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks at stores and office.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly to minimize downtime in store operations.
System installation, configuration and maintenance
Install, configure and maintain POS systems at stores.
Manage and monitor CCTV systems, network devices, firewall, router, switch.
Perform routine maintenance and propose system upgrades when necessary to ensure stability and security.
User support and incident management
Receive, respond to and resolve support requests via phone, email or ticket system.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, VM, Marketing, Buying, Accounting, HR) and external vendors to solve complex issues.
Provide guidance and training to store and office staff on new systems, software and equipment.
System management and reporting
Monitor and record system performance, prepare regular reports.
Maintain incident logs and propose preventive solutions.
Recommend improvements and innovations to enhance IT operations across the company.
