A. PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION/ MỤC ĐÍCH CỦA VỊ TRÍ:
Spartronics Viet Nam is seeking a IT Manager is responsible for leading IT infrastructure, ERP/MES system management, cybersecurity, automation solutions, and digital transformation initiatives within the factory. This role ensures system stability, data integrity, and IT service availability to support production, quality, planning, and business operations efficiently.
B. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ CÔNG VIỆC CHÍNH:
1. IT Infrastructure & System Administration
• Manage and maintain factory-wide network, servers, data center, Wi-Fi, firewall, backup systems.
• Ensure high uptime for IT systems supporting production & office operations.
• Oversee hardware & software lifecycle: configuration, license management, upgrades.
2. ERP/MES/MRP System Management
• Own and support ERP (SAP/Oracle/D365 or equivalent) and MES for production operations.
• Lead system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support for all functions.
• Coordinate with vendors for customization, integration and enhancement requests.
• Ensure data accuracy and transactional discipline across departments.
3. Industry 4.0 Digital Transformation
• Plan and execute automation & digital roadmap for the factory.
• Drive integration among SMT machines, AOI, ICT, MES, ERP and quality monitoring tools.
• Implement dashboards for real-time productivity, WIP, OEE, yield, quality performance.
4. Cybersecurity & IT Compliance
• Establish security controls, firewall rules, system access authorization.
• Ensure compliance with corporate IT policy, data privacy and backup policy.
• Conduct periodic network security audits and risk assessments.
5. Cross-functional Support
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Planning, Finance to optimize system-driven workflow.
• Manage
IT helpdesk team to provide timely support and service resolution.
• Provide IT training and system knowledge to end users.
6. Vendor & Budget Management
• Manage IT projects, vendor contracts and SLA performance.
• Prepare and control annual IT budget (hardware/software/renewal).
• Evaluate investment for automation, licensing, and future upgrades.
7. Leadership & People Development
• Lead
IT Engineers, System Admins, Infrastructure Support team.
• Build IT capability, succession plan, performance goals & training roadmap.
• Foster proactive, customer-service mindset and continuous improvement culture.
1. Education/ Trình độ học vấn:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
2. Experience/ Kinh nghiệm làm việc:
• From 5-8+ years of IT experience, with minimum 3 years in manufacturing (preferably EMS/PCBA).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of ERP (SAP/Oracle/D365), MES, MRP systems.
• Experienced in production system integration and automation projects.
3. Others/ Yêu cầu khác:
• Technical Skills:
+ Network administration, server infrastructure, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
+ Database management (SQL Server/MySQL).
+ Cybersecurity frameworks, backup policy, disaster recovery planning.
+ IoT, API integration, machine connectivity is a strong advantage.
• Soft Skills:
+ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication & stakeholder collaboration.
+ Leadership presence & ability to manage multiple priorities.
+ English proficiency preferred for vendor interaction, and communication with Corporate IT teams in the U.S.
