Support the operational Head of Department's with the management of the IT Systems in their departments.
Manage to hub driven and develops local IT Policy and Procedure and Stand Operating Procedure.
Follow Six Senses guidelines as they relate to the security and operation of computer systems.
Keep aware of IT trends as they relate to the hospitality industry.
Manage to maximize the returns from IT capital investments focusing on improved profitability, guest services or operations.
Complete forms and reports in accordance with company procedures.
Assist in setting up and maintaining paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
Attend meetings and training as required by supervisors.
Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
Perform any additional tasks given to me by supervisor/management
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT Management or related field; MCSE certification preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar IT role, preferably in hotel/hospitality operations.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems, SharePoint, Backup solutions, Anti-virus & security tools.
Experience with hotel systems and applications, including MICROS/POS platforms.
Ability to install, maintain and manage hardware, software, and network systems.
Good organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment with a service-oriented mindset.
Good written and spoken English.
