JOB PURPOSE
Lead the day-to-day IT operations for GBIA's VVIP terminal. This role owns service stability, vendor coordination, incident management, change control, and operational readiness for critical VIP/VVIP movements. Acting as a hands-on leader, the Manager ensures that aviation and other core local systems are seamlessly supported and controlled to deliver uninterrupted, premium service.
KEY ACCOUNTABLES
IT Service & Operations Management
- Lead daily IT operations across local IT systems, Operational Technology (OT)/security systems, and user support
- Own all IT service management processes including incident, request, change, asset management, and technical documentation
- Maintain continuous service reporting, track risks, resolve open issues, and implement proactive improvement actions
Stakeholder & Process Management
- Act as the primary liaison for technology vendors, managing support contracts, scheduling preventive maintenance, and handling critical escalations.
- Maintain strong stakeholder management and communication with operations teams, security personnel, government users, and external partners.
Operational Readiness for VVIP Movements
- Oversee and guarantee technical readiness for special flights, government visits, and high-profile events
- Ensure all aviation-specific and core local systems are thoroughly tested, supported, and controlled prior to and during critical VIP movements.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in IT operations, service management or technical support, with at 2-3 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
- Strong hands-on background in site IT, infrastructure, and service operations
- Ideal target profiles include Site
IT Managers from small airports, FBOs, hospitals, hotels, or critical facilities
- Fluent Vietnamese and workable English preferred.
- Proven track record in managing IT Service Desks and end-user support functions in large, multi-site or 24/7 operational environments.
