The Job
Our rapidly growing company is seeking a dynamic Partnership & Growth Manager to expand our network and improve our offerings through strategic partnerships with our customers and partners. In this role, you will manage existing customer relationships, develop new partnerships, and oversee the integration and execution of partnership strategies. Your work will directly contribute to our growth and customer satisfaction.
In the role of Partnership & Growth Manager you will develop and manage strategic partnerships to enhance business growth, ensuring mutual benefits. Manage existing partner relationships and identify opportunities for further collaboration and integration. This role requires collaboration, continuous monitoring and analysis of partnership performance, adapting strategies to maximize benefits. The Partnership & Growth Manager acts as a liaison between our customers, partners and internal teams, facilitating communication and project execution to ensure the success of the partnership.
Responsibilities
- Manage and build on existing partner relationships
- Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to develop partnership strategies
- Develop a scalable model for formalizing partnerships
- Take ownership of partnership reporting and performance
- Refine joint selling and marketing strategies
- Establish and communicate objectives and reporting for each partner relationship to relevant stakeholders, externally and internally
- Perform monthly and quarterly partner reviews of goals and refine forecasts
- Enable and engage partners through the creation of marketing and product assets, and through virtual and in-person meetings and training
- Work with marketing and product to ensure assets motivate partners and drive demand
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners that create value for the company, the partner, and their customers
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to execute growth strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Your Skills and Experience
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience building partner programs in a SaaS/Cloud environment
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships or business development, with a demonstrated record of technical understanding
- History of motivating partners and developing strategic relationships
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth through strategic partnerships
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience in developing and executing innovative business growth strategies
