Job Responsibilities:
Join the IT development team, reporting directly to development manager.
Work with BUs/PMO to understand change request/project scope and objectives, collaborating with all stakeholders to deliver products on time, on scope within budget.
Discuss with BUs to come up with business solutions.
Explain to BAs for any confusion between BUs and BAs.
Manage CRs from BUs with a short turn around time.
Justifying available resource to BUs.
Develop comprehensive product roadmap.
Using modern tools to manage product backlogs, release backlogs, and measure team performance.
Report and escalate critical issues to higher management.
Create and maintain product documents.
Proactively improve product features and quality.
Work closely with development teams to deliver the best outcome.
Job Requirements:
BS/MS degree in computer science, software engineering, bussiness/finance/banking or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product owner/product manager/project manager.
3+ years of experience in software development.
Excellent customer facing and good collaboration with team members.
Experience in managing multiple products simultaneously.
Solid organizational skills and hand-on multitasking.
PMP certification is a big plus.
Experience in agile development teams, such as Scrum, Kanban.
Interested in dealing with complex challenges and keen on exploring new things.
Good problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other developers and stakeholders.
Excellent English communication and writing.
