MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures
- Working closely with PM to prepare comprehensive action plans including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects
- Organizing, attending and participating in project meetings
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meeting
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring project deadlines are met
- Providing administrative support as needed and undertaking project task as required
- Performing assessment for project risks/compliance issues and ensuring that compliance issues/concerns within the IT are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
- Coordinating with other team in IT Department to develops initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures related to IT.
Yêu cầu
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor's degree in Banking/Finance or IT
- In-depth knowledge of IT project management and development procedures
- Experience using computers for variety of tasks and good at English
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
