Mô tả công việc
• IT PM is to facilitate and manage Delivery and costs (vendor and HO) optimization for IT department.
• Participate to build regulations/ processes about vendor management for IT division
• Be the Point of Contact (PoC) for vendor issues for internal IT with VN IT and work to improve vendor service quality
• Develop and maintain vendor/ HO IT relationship to proactive anticipate vendor/ HO IT issues and resolve them before major relationships arise. Be accountable to escalate vendor commercial and delivery issues to IT management.
• Budgeting, managing & reporting on IT outsourcing activities
• Monitor and make reports on competency, implementation
• quantity, products/service delivery of vendor to Head of VN IT.
• Communicate the status of major milestones, identify classify and manage potential project risk with mitigation strategies and contingency plans, provide continuing direction to the project team, and conduct regular status meetings with key stakeholders to review project activities.
• Ability to assess risk and manage contingency plans
• Manage, motivate and lead project teams to meet project objectives
• Ability to link business consequences to a project 's progress, goals, functionality, cost/benefit and recommend appropriate courses of action.
• Assess the performance of project team members, contribute to performance evaluations
Yêu cầu
Professional requirement:
• At least 4 years of experience in overall software company having held roles in supporting senior IT managers.
• Knowledge of Procurement, contract management. Having a good relationship with Vendors national and international is an advantage
• Good technical IT back-ground, ideally in IT relationship management and financial controls

• Good business and technical hands-on capabilities.
• Flexile and agile working style.
• Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with vendor's/ business leaders, and others.
• Possess good analytical, cognitive, planning and organizing skillset.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Self-driven and self-motivated, has can-do attitude and startup spirit.
• Good written English is necessary. Good spoken English is advantage problems
Most challenging and difficult parts:
• Grow out of nothing but will be supported by Taiwan/ Local IT team.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or information technology
Work experience:
• 4+ years working experience in Software/ Fintech/Finance areas.
• Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions.
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Project and Jira
• Experienced in leveraging structured project management methodology to lead project teams; including both Scrum Master and Agile Master.
Language skill:
• Proficient in Vietnamese and good English communication skill.
