Mô tả công việc
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing BPO/ITO projects. You will plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure they are complying with SLA, completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
Allocate resources and manage project budgets.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Resolve project issues and conflicts.
Conduct regular project reviews and status updates.
Ensure adherence to SLA, quality standards and best practices.
Yêu cầu
Experience:
Experience (at least 3 YOE) in managing medium or larger scale of BPO/ITO/Call Center projects, preferably for Japanese clients.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is an advantage
Understanding of BPO/ITO/Call Center processes and challenges
Experience with IT infrastructure and systems
Understanding of emerging technologies (AI, machine learning, automation)
Ability to leverage technology to improve efficiency and productivity
Strong understanding of Japanese business culture and practices.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
2. Knowledge and Skills:
Foreign language: Fluency in Japanese. English is a plus.
Project Management: Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, skill in developing detailed project plans and timelines, expertise in resource allocation and budget management, strong on quality management
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate project teams.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve project issues.
Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Cross-Cultural Understanding: Ability to navigate cultural differences and build strong relationships with Japanese clients.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications is an advantage
